Deposits: 50% deposit is due at the time of booking to hold the date. The remaining 50% will be collected the day of the trip. Cash or check day of will be accepted or the remaining can be charged to the card used for the deposit. Deposits are fully refundable for cancelations with a minimum of a 14 days notice, minus the 3% credit card fee. Any trip canceled 1 to 14 days prior can have the deposit held for a later scheduled date. Any trip canceled less than 24 hours is non refundable. Trips proceed regardless of weather conditions; however, we reserve the right to cancel in the event of unsafe conditions or other circumstances beyond our control. If we cancel your trip, your deposit will be applied to a future date that is mutually agreed upon.

You understand that there are risks with any fishing and outdoor activities. Some risks can be reduced / eliminated but other dangers and risks cannot be eliminated or foreseen. Potential risks for the day include but are not limited to bodily injury, dehydration, sunburn, death, drowning, insect bites, falls encountered with walking on rugged terrain and getting in and out of boats. You agree and accept all responsivities in the risk of injury, death, illness, or any damages to myself, my property or others associated with the participation of this activity. In the event that anyone is hurt or property is damaged you acknowledge you have no right to make a claim or file a lawsuit against Urban Fly Company, its guides, contractors, representatives or agents. Prior to signing the liability waiver you will have the opportunity to speak with the owner / operator regarding any concerns or limitations you may have.

You, to the best of your knowledge as the client, have no physical restrictions that would prohibit my participation in any and all activities offered by Urban Fly Co. including but not limited to fishing, hiking, boating, consuming food or beverage provided by Urban Fly Co.  or their representatives. You certify that you have sufficient insurance to cover all bodily injury and property damage that may be caused as a result of participation. If you have no insurance, you certify that you are capable of paying for any and all expenses and liabilities.

You acknowledge that Urban Fly Co. will provide PFD devices for me and any minor accompanying that must be worn at all times on the vessel and launch area. Failure to do so is at my / own risk. When in a motor boat under power situation, that appropriate PFD must be word at all times with no exceptions.

A physical copy of this liability waiver will be presented to you for signature prior to your guided fly fishing trip.
